Only 2 more days.....And we're jumping with joy!

Woke up pretty early today, could barely sleep last night or the night before. The excitement surpasses that of Christmas Eve. Shannon and I went through every ones profiles and twitters yesterday to scope the competition.....I'm sure you did the same. I'm very impressed by the selection of people, this is going to be tough. Not necessarily for us, but for the higher ups and decision makers to pick a winning pair. I can't wait to meet everyone though. Shannon and I have always been social butterflies, so not only are we going on the best Job interview we've ever had, we could walk away with some new buddies too. I've been reading over the itinerary like a bible, studying its words like scripture in hopes to mentally prepare myself for the challenge to come. I'm pretty stoked about that BBQ too, not going to lie. Who doesn't love some BBQ? I keep chanting to myself, "Only 3 more days", "Only 2 more days"....waiting to shout the words "TODAY IS THE DAY"! The drive from Tampa to Orlando is a familiar one and not very far, but I believe on this day it will feel like the longest its ever been. Anxiously waiting like children, looking out the windows, recognizing the landmarks Ive seen a thousand times in past trips. I'm sure I'll drive Shannon crazy asking in true broken record style..."are we there yet, are we there yet"? I wonder who would play Ice Cube in this reenactment.........?
